Can I move my data over from my current system?
Yes, and we'll help you do it. Moving off another system is the part everyone dreads, so we'll work with you to bring your Pawrents, dogs, and bookings across. You won't be starting from a blank page.
How long does setup take?
Getting into WoofBook takes minutes. Tuning it to your business is worth a proper sit-down session, because this is where you set exactly how you charge: pay-as-you-go by the hour, set session rates, half and full days, additional hours, memberships, boarding, grooming, whatever your business does. Once those parameters are dialled in, WoofBook runs the way you run.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No download required. Pawrents use WoofBook right in their browser. On iPhone they can add it to their home screen in seconds (tap Share, then Add to Home Screen) and it opens and behaves just like a native app. A dedicated app is on our roadmap.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days free, so you can get a real feel for WoofBook before you commit to anything.
Am I locked into a contract?
Never. WoofBook is month to month and you can cancel any time. Prefer to pay annually? You'll get two months free, but the choice is always yours.
Are there any hidden fees?
